The Change Management team

We are a small team that is still developing and evolving to become a centre of excellence in leading and managing change throughout the organisation, at a time of significant transformation for the University.

The Change Management team offers practical support, guidance and consultancy to those delivering significant change and transformation.

Focusing on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures – we develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance to change.

 We also offer direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

 We support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and help develop training and awareness programmes in partnership with HR (Organisational Development).
