I worked as a Senior Scientist and Software Developer in ABB CRC and IDC, Bangalore for long time, where I interacted with architects, scientists and engineers. Those interactions led me to think and study about different streams of engineering and science which has a nice and elegant convergance with computer science. Hence it became facinating for me deeply dive into the scieitific aspect of computer from application aspect, without leaving the control systems ground in which I am rooted. Currently I am a Research Associate and PhD student in SCCEM, with the aim of undertadning the multifacet nature of data emerging from energy systems and create a suitable, effeicient and trusted data store for that. I want to progress towards creating distributed data stores with trust as a built-in characterstic while modelling the energys sytems using data structures like Graph.
