Research interests
Kate works within the diagnostic imaging group of Langford Veterinary Services; her major responsibilities are clinical work and teaching of veterinary and nursing undergraduate students. Although time for research is limited, she is keen to collaborate in both retrospective and prospective clinical research involving diagnostic imaging modalities. Kate has held funding from Petsavers to investigate the use of MRI to image canine stifles and has collaborated on several projects where imaging has played a major role, including aspects of polycystic kidney disease, elbow dysplasia and feline nasal disease
