Research interests
I work as a qualitative researcher at CLAHRC West and am involved in number of their projects.
My particular research interests include decision-making and the concepts of wellbeing and identity. My PhD explored the experiences of people with Ectodermal Dysplasia (an inherited condition that can affect appearance) and how living with this condition might influence reproductive choice. This was completed in the Centre for Ethics at the University of Bristol in collaboration with the Centre for Appearance Research at UWE.
