Biography
Dave started at the University of Bristol Law School in 1995 as a Lecturer, having previously worked at the Universities of Southampton and Sussex. He has been a professor since 2003. He teaches land law; rich law, poor law; advanced legal and socio-legal research methods; and social and legal theory. His research is generally socio-legal, and focuses on issues around housing and homelessness policy, practice, and decision-making.
