We’ve been working hard to make the campus safe and secure for you to get the student experience you are looking forward to - or are expecting to continue. As part of this, the University is providing each student with a pack of face coverings that consists of two face masks plus two plastic sheets along with two grips that make up the visors. New students will receive their packs with the uCard. Returning students need to follow three simple steps:
Step One: Book an Appointment
Book your appointment to pick up your pack. Make sure you book a law slot. These are happening at 8-10 Berkeley Square on the 24th September and the 1st October, 10am-4pm. There are 10 slots available for students every 10 minutes.
Step Two: Keep Safe
Sanitise your hands on entry to 8-10 Berkeley Square using the hand sanitiser provided. Wear your usual facemask and keep 2m apart from others waiting - there will be signage on the floor. Keep to your side of the desk when picking up your pack. Staff will be wearing masks or visors. Make sure your name has been ticked off by a staff member before departing.
Step Three: Stick to the One-Way System
There will be a one-way route in and out of the building for the pick up of your pack. Enter via the front entrance of 8-10 Berkeley Square (the red door) and follow the signs into the Lady Hale Moot Court. You will leave through the fire exit at the back of the Moot Court, and depart via the Brandon Hill exit out the back of the building. Your route will be marked out.
