There are so many opportunities to help students thrive during their time at university. In a competitive marketplace you will inspire aspiration and shape lives, helping students gain the skills and confidence to graduate with the very best chance of securing their ideal job.
Become a professional mentor
Many of our alumni have gone on to become very successful in and out of law. As an excellent source of guidance and inspiration, joining our Professional Mentoring Scheme means a wide range of students can gain invaluable careers related support and advice. Please register your interest.
Give a distinguished alumni lecture
A central feature of our students' educational experience is our Distinguished Alumni Lecture Programme. As a leader in your field of law, business, the judiciary or Parliament, sharing practical experience and analysis of the very subjects students are studying is truly motivating.
Provide interview support
The legal profession is renowned for an intellectually rigorous, highly competitive, interview process. To help students prepare we are introducing a structured training programme to include mock interviews, application writing workshops and advice. If you have the skills to support, please register your interest.
Judge mooting and debating
Support our mooting and debating programme as a judge, or as a sponsor, and help students gain invaluable experience as they combine academic studies with a taste of what it is like to be a real lawyer.
Support student-led initiatives
Support for our student-led initiatives can take many forms from sponsoring networking events to facilitating pro bono work. Students from our award winning student societies are inspirational and full of ideas of how you can help.
