What is TOPdesk?

TOPdesk is our service management software. We use mainly it as a ticketing system to log and resolve queries and requests (called 'incidents' in TOPdesk-speak) that come in to our helpdesk.

How you use it depends on who you are; you will either be a user or a TOPdesk operator:

  • You report incidents as a user by clicking on Use Self Service Desk (available to all staff)
  • You handle incidents as an operator by clicking on Operator Login
