Scan To Myfiles

Scan to MyFiles is a new service which enables you to scan documents on Canon photocopier/printers directly into your MyFiles folder (your O: drive).  Scanned documents are saved as a PDF file and this service is free to use.

Features

  • Scan in Colour up to A3 in size*
  • Faster than using USB Scanners
  • Scan multiple sheets / duplex using devices with document feeders
  • Automatically create PDF documents of your scans
  • Find your scan in your own home folder; secure and easy to locate

*Black and white copiers can only copy in black and white, whilst colour copiers can copy in colour or black and white.

The following Canon copiers do not currently support the Scan to MyFiles functionality:

  • iR 4570 (a few of these models do support Scan to MyFiles but the majority do not.)
  • iR 3225
  • iR 3235/3245
  • iR 2270/2870
  • iR 7105
