Google decommissioning / Office 365 drop-in clinics for staff and PGRs

Do you have questions about the decommissioning of Google? Please see our Google Apps page first.

Alternatively, why not come to one of our drop in clinics if:

  • you have further questions about the decommissioning of Google;
  • you are having trouble getting started with Office 365 or selecting which application to use;
  • you would like advice on Windows 10.

All you need to do is:

  1. Check the list of drop-in clinics below and pick one that suits you - although we encourage you to use the drop-in clinic in your local area, you can attend one in any location.
  2. Put it in your calendar so you don't forget!
  3. Drop in at any time during the duration of the clinic - bring your device (e.g. laptop) if you can, but this is not a requirement.

Please note:

  • We will do our best to answer your questions and resolve your issues, but bear in mind we may not be able to resolve ALL of them on the spot; in this case we will suggest alternatives.
  • In order to be fair to everyone, we may have to limit the time we can spend with anyone at busy times.
  • This list will be updated regularly as we add new dates.
