There are a few things you'll need to do after the Windows 10 upgrade has run.
Start by opening Windows (File) Explorer (keyboard shortcut: press the Windows button + E):
After upgrading to Windows 10, Microsoft Office is available to use straight away. You can also install other software that you may need.
If you can't find a particular software application, you may be able to install it from the Software Center.
Many people have found it useful to install Google Chrome, Adobe Reader and 7Zip straight away:
For UoB applications (e.g. SITS), look for UoB Published Applications in the Software Center.
The full list of available software shows all items available in software including those that are restricted by license or must be requested via the Service Desk.

Microsoft Edge is the default browser for Windows 10.
If something doesn't work in Edge, Internet Explorer is available from the (Windows) Start Menu.
Also, Chrome is available to install from the Software Center.
You can choose your preferred language pack & keyboard layouts in Windows 10.
(If the language pack you want to link the keyboard to isn't there, click Add to add it at this point)
