Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing
Awareness of mental health issues in the workplace is growing and we are putting in place many interventions to help support the wellbeing of our staff and to develop and sustain a healthy working environment.
Report & Support
We believe that bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, assault and discrimination are not acceptable. Students and staff can report something anonymously or get advice.
Get involved...join the Inclusion Forum
Bringing together staff with a responsibility for/interest in Diversity and Inclusion, to enable communication on key issues and sharing of good practice across schools and departments. We meet every four months and information is regularly sent out about events and activities.
Staff wishing to join on behalf of their division/department should seek agreement from their line manager and email email@example.com.
