We all have a role to play in creating a more inclusive culture where people from the broadest possible range of backgrounds can achieve their full potential and thrive at work. An inclusive working environment will ensure that diversity can thrive: staff can be themselves, build their careers and stay with us for longer.
The Diversity & Inclusion Team has developed a range of resources to encourage shared ownership and accountability and to equip you with tools to improve diversity in your workplace.
