Including Youtube resources
The sharing of online videos took off from 2004 onwards with various sites such as youtube and vimeo storing massive amounts of data freely available to anyone with an inclination to view it.

Aside from various intellectual property debates this also enables a decentralised dissemination of media, and works around any lack of streaming server internally. If there was a resource on youtube that you wished to incorporate within your tutorial as a demonstration or discussion piece it is easily done using the cgHTMLinclude style in Wimba Create. Youtube requires subscription but is free to use.
