Short intensive TEAP course:

April 9-13th 2018  at the Centre for English Language and Foundation Studies, Richmond Building 105 Queens Road, Clifton

Participants are assumed to have teaching experience (but not necessarily in EAP or EFL). We aim to recruit a small mixed cohort (14–16) to generate fruitful discussions from a range of differing perspectives. Small group work will sometimes be mixed and sometimes streamed according to background.

The 5 strands (A-E) are based on BALEAP TEAP competencies. The course will cover all aspects necessary for Fellow level. Those aiming for Associate or Senior Fellow should still benefit from the course.

There will be 21 hours contact time with additional reading and preparation for a small group project (materials or assessment focus).

No teaching practice is included. Teaching observation will be done using a video clip.

The registration fee of £350 will be payable through the University of Bristol online shop. A code will be given on receipt of a successful application
