Centre for Medieval Studies Postgraduate Conference: ‘Food, Feasting and Diet’
The conference is taking place on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd February, focusing on food feasting and diet in the Middle Ages. There will be a keynote address from Prof. Chris Woolgar of Southampton University and a talk (plus tasting session) on medieval brewing techniques by Dr. Richard Stone of Bristol University.
Registration for the conference is free for all University of Bristol staff and students, and all are welcome to attend.
