Students on the MA Curating the Print Collection module are pleased to announce the opening of the 2014 exhibition, which is entitled ‘Allegory and Allusion’. Drawing from a small but greatly varied collection, the students have assembled an exhibition that looks at the ways that printmakers use visual motifs and symbols to allude to deeper, and in some cases hidden, meanings that alternately illuminate the viewer or escape the censor.

The exhibition is located in the upstairs reception room at 43 Woodland Road, and runs from 12th June until next summer.
