Congratulations to History of Art MA Student Natalie Pace

History of Art MA student, Natalie Pace has just been offered a curatorial post in Contemporary Art at the Arts Council funded Smith Row Gallery in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

History of Art MA student, Natalie Pace has just been offered a curatorial post in Contemporary Art at the Arts Council funded Smith Row Gallery in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The Gallery works closely with the University of Essex and Natalie will be supervising student interns, developing a contemporary art programme and will also be given the opportunity to study towards a Masters in Contemporary Curating or a PhD by Curatorial Practice. Natalie recently spent several months in Cambodia's capital city, Phnom Phenh co-curating the city's newly inaugurated contemporary art festival. Whilst in Cambodia and studying for her MA Dissertation ('Artistic Dialogues with the city: Contemporary Cambodian Art') for which she was awarded a distinction, she also won an international travel award to attend the International Council of Museums (ICOM) conference on Globalization and Contemporary Art in Istanbul, Turkey. Well done Natalie!
