The University runs a series of walking tours for prospective applicants, and up to two guests, throughout the holidays. These tours give potential applicants, who could not visit on one of the open days, an opportunity to visit the main University campus. Academic departments and their facilities will unfortunately not be open, but we hope this opportunity to visit will give you a feel for the University and the city. Led by a current student, the tours are a great way to find out what it is really like to study, live and be at Bristol. For information on our degree courses, please visit our online prospectus.
Tours will be running throughout the summer, Monday to Friday at 11 am and 2 pm from Monday 9 July until Friday 7 September 2012.
Booking for the tours is essential as numbers in each group are limited. To book a place, please select the week you would like to visit from the selection below:
Once your booking has been received, we will contact you by email to confirm details of where to go and how to find us.
If you have access to an iphone, ipod touch or ipad, you may like to download our free self-guided walking tour App, details below. You can visit us at any time, other than on an open day, with this tour. Access to University buildings is limited, but you will be able to find out about the range of facilities here for prospective undergraduate students.
If you apply to the University of Bristol and are offered a place, you will be invited to an Academic School visit day or for interview. You will automatically be sent details of this by email.
