Registrar and Chief Operating Officer
The Support Services are headed by the Registrar and Chief Operating Officer (COO), whose key roles are:
- responsibility for the overall direction and co-ordination of Support Services, with the exception of Finance Services which is led by the Finance Director
- working with the senior executive team to formulate the University's overall aims and objectives
- leading major projects

The Deputy Registrar (Education and Students) has overall responsibility for five divisions of Support Services and reports to the Registrar:
- Academic Registry
- Residential and Hospitality Services
- Sport, Exercise and Health
- Student Recruitment, Access and Admissions
- Student Services and Employability
