HE Academy accreditation

The TLHP Programme is accredited by the Higher Education Academy (HEA).  Accreditation provides external confirmation that our course is aligned with the UK Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education (UK PSF) and enables participants to engage with the standards at the appropriate descriptor.  It enables awards to be more easily transferable between organisations and facilitates those who successfully complete the relevant stage of the course to apply for professional recognition by the HE Academy.

Successful completion of the PG Certificate (60 credits by passing all modules) means you are entitled to apply to become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Successful completion of 30 credits from the PG Certificate means you are entitled to apply to become an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AHEA).

Please see the HEA website for details on  "Academy accredited professional development provision" and the current charges by the HEA for professional recognition.

If you wish to apply to the HEA for accreditation, please contact the TLHP Office
