The Theatre Collection holds over 2750 playbills and posters from 1742 up to the present day. The playbills hold information about theatrical productions, providing the basic details that can be found in modern day theatre programmes. The majority of our playbills collection are from Bristol and London theatres, but we also hold some from other regional centres.Additional playbill information can be found in our Kathleen Barker Collection or by searching the online catalogue.
