Access to Our Collections
The Theatre Collection is open to all.
There is no charge for using the Theatre Collection.
We require researchers to abide by the Reading Room Rules and Guidelines.
Identification
All researchers must complete a Reader Registration Form.
Catalogue
Our catalogued archives can be searched via the online catalogue.
There are dedicated terminals in the Reading Room where researchers can check the catalogue. Wi-fi access is also available.
Arranging Your Visit
Please telephone 0117 331 5086 (daytime) or email
theatre-collection@bristol.ac.uk a few days prior to your visit to book a place in the Reading Room and also to ensure that we
hold the material you are looking for - this is particularly important as our holdings are split across two sites.

Group Visits
The Theatre Collection allocates one day each month for
Group visits as required.
