University switchboard

The University switchboard is available on: +44 117 92 89000 (internal 0).

Please note: users are expected to dial their own calls within the outgoing level of access agreed within their department.  Switchboard staff will only connect outgoing calls only if extension users are experiencing difficulties.

Contact directory

The contact directory contains contact details for staff.  A Directory of Experts is also available.

Malicious phone calls

Anyone receiving malicious phone calls on their University telephone (including phones in student study-bedrooms) should contact us. Detailed tracing of calls can be carried out on the University's call logging equipment if the origination point is a University extension.
