The overall objective of the SPR programme was to identify and implement sustainable staff cost savings, by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the University’s key support processes. Each process was designated a Process Owner, responsible and accountable for central, faculty and school-level activity within their process area. This section of the website provides an archival record of the vision underpinning the programme, its structure and governance, and its key activities across each phase, from initiation through to implementation.
