Take over or hand over a website

Become a site administrator

Download and complete the following form:

Registration of departmental site administrators (Office document, 33kB)

This form must be signed by your head of department. You must have an existing University username before being registered as a site administrator.

All new site administrators will be invited to meet a member of the Web Editor team most relevant to your area, eg faculty/school or Professional Services. This will be an opportunity to find out about the support we offer web publishers.

Hand over your site administrator role

If you are leaving your site administrator role, you need to let us know who will be taking over your role (if you know) and when. Also, let us know if you are no longer going to be a website publisher at all: we will remove you from the system.
