Your interview invitation includes a selection of dates to choose from. Instructions on how to register for a date and time are included in the email.
What to wear
Wear something smart, but comfortable. You do not need to wear a suit and tie (but may do so if you wish). Please bring a coat and comfortable shoes for the campus tour.

At least two weeks before your interview, you must email a completed Veterinary Nursing work experience form (Office document, 48kB) and one passport-style photo to Hannah.Colton@bristol.ac.uk.

On the day
You will have a 15-minute interview with two members of staff from the Vet School and/or other local vet nurses. Please report to the Interview Registration point in the Communal Building upon arrival.
There will be a tour of the campus and a talk by the programme director. Guests are welcome to accompany you for the tour and talk.
Bringing ID to your interview
You must bring photo ID with you to your interview. We will not keep a copy of your ID; we will just need to see it when you arrive to verify that you are the candidate we have invited. If you do not have photo ID, you will not be allowed to take part in the interview.
Examples of suitable photo ID include (but are not limited to):
- Driving licence or provisional driving licence
- College photo card
- NUS photo card.
After the interview
In most cases, you will hear the outcome of your interview within two weeks. You will be able to see the decision on UCAS Track.
I can't attend the interview
You will have a choice of dates in your interview invitation. Therefore we hope that you will be able to make one of the dates.
If you think you might have difficulties attending an interview, please contact our Enquiries team for advice.
Responding to your interview invitation
You must respond to your interview invitation within two weeks of receiving your invitation by email. We will know you have responded if you:
- register to attend an event;
- add your details to the ‘I cannot attend these dates’ option;
- or contact our Events team to discuss options if neither of the above are appropriate.
If you have not responded to your invitation within two weeks, we will assume you no longer wish to pursue your application at Bristol, and your application will be made unsuccessful.
