Wellbeing and mental health drop-in sessions

If you are struggling with exam stress, or are worried about your mental health or wellbeing, help is available.

Our Student Wellbeing Service is offering short drop-in sessions to help you manage your exam period.

What the session covers

Each appointment will last about 15-20 minutes. During this time we will help you find out what support is available. We will also suggest strategies to help you manage your exam period.  

Who can attend

Sessions are open to all students.


Tuesday 8 to Friday 25 January.
12 noon to 2 pm daily.


Our drop-in desk is located in the main foyer of the Arts and Social Sciences Library.


There is no need to book. If an Adviser is busy you can either wait or attend one of the drop-in sessions held in the academic schools. Information about where these school drop-ins are taking place is available from our drop-in desk.
