30/33 St. Michaels Park

Comprised of 4 terraced Victorian Villas on a quiet street in the middle of the University precinct, the houses are home to a maximum of 32 residents in total, 22 being in double rooms.  The individual houses vary in size between 6 – 10 residents, and each house is single sex.

Bedrooms are spread over two floors, and there are separate bathrooms and toilets in each property.  Each house has a large kitchen/dining room and a garden to the rear.

The four houses together, along with the houses in Osborne Villas, always form a close community and pop in and out of each other's houses all the time.

The houses are opposite the University sports hall and the social science library, and are only a few minutes walk to all departments – very convenient for going home for lunch or in between lectures.  There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes of the house, and around the corner you will find cafes, newsagents, a chemist and a couple of pubs at your convenience!  There is a regular bus service that runs into Broadmead, the main shopping area, and the bus and train stations.
