Lunchtime Sessions

Would you like to explore ways of finding space for yourself during your busy working day?

Staff Counselling invite you to Breathing Space where you can learn mindfulness based self help techniques to help you find a place of calm and promote general well-being.

In creating stillness we can respond to difficult situations with a wider perspective and clarity of mind.

No pre-booking required but please be punctual to avoid disrupting the group.
