Lunchtime Sessions

Would you like to explore ways of finding space for yourself during your busy working day?

Staff Counselling invite you to Breathing Space where you can learn mindfulness based self help techniques to help you find a place of calm and promote general well-being.

In creating stillness we can respond to difficult situations with a wider perspective and clarity of mind.

No pre-booking required but please be punctual to avoid disrupting the group.

If you would prefer to lie on the floor rather that sitting on a chair, please bring a yoga mat with you.

Forthcoming dates

Breathing Space sessions have increased to weekly sessions with a choice of days/venues as below:

Wednesday sessions will take place in Studio 2, Sport, Exercise & Health, Tyndall Avenue

Thursday sessions will take place in Room 2.13, Wills Memorial Building

All sessions take place at 12.15 to 12.45pm
