Book onto a Wellness Day and find out how to make positive choices and changes for your health and lifestyle.
Get personally involved and change the way you eat, exercise and set about changing your health habits Have some active fun while trying out Pilates and Swiss Ball exercises and discover first hand the health benefits of walking. A healthy lunch with recipes is included and the day is open to all staff.
A typical wellness day includes sessions on Diet and Nutrition, Stress and Relaxation Techniques, Back Care and Walking to Health and we are happy to include sessions on stopping smoking, weight management, team challenges and different sports/ activities. We can also provide you with opportunities to try massage, acupuncture and other alternative therapies. Each department will have different health priorities and we will tailor make the wellness day to suit your needs.
