Abstract Review Criteria

All proposal submissions will be blind reviewed. All reviewers’ identities will remain confidential. Proposal reviewers will use the evaluation criteria and scoring rubric below. Total possible score is based on a scale of 9 points.

Does the abstract relate to some aspect of teaching, learning, assessment in second language context?

Is the abstract related in some way to the Symposium theme(s)?

Is the abstract interesting and innovative in some way?

Is the abstract of scholarly and academically good quality and indicates clearly objectives, method(s), and results?
