"Never have I expressed any regret in the decision to choose SPAIS for my MSc International Development. Throughout the modules in the terms I have been exposed to the contemporary subjects on international development. The journal articles selected for the weekly readings were very relevant - and I still use them. With this great wealth of knowledge I feel more confident and better skilled than ever performing tasks in the field when I return to my home country. The seminars challenge students to think dynamically as opposed to thinking statically.

Most relevant to the context in which I live was the Conflict, Security & Development module. I now have a deeper understanding of why things are happening the way they are in the developing world.

Overall, my experience studying in such a diverse environment and in a reputable university for international development has been extremely rewarding."
