Graduate Intern Opportunties

Are you a small business, or perhaps a larger size business working in priority sector areas; digital, low carbon, engineering, life sciences... (for full list see here: http://www.bris.ac.uk/careers/employers/graduate_internships.asp ) ; and would you like to have a talented graduate work in your organisation for a few weeks? The University of Bristol is offering small businesses (under 50 employees), and businesses from the priority sector areas listed above, the opportunity to take on a graduate intern in their company for up to ten weeks, and we will give the company one hundred pounds per week to pay the graduate’s wages. This money will cover the wages of an intern for sixteen hours per week, which saves you money, and enables you to employ someone to help develop your company.
How does it work? You identify a project or work for the graduate; we advertise the internship position for you. You get to choose who you take into your organisation, once you have found someone we hand the money over to you.
Quote form a company that has participated in the scheme:
“The Graduate Internship scheme has been such a valuable experience with truly two way benefits. We give commercial experience and receive intelligent, skilled and hardworking graduates.” Andrew Farmer – MD MyOXygen Mobile
