5 December 2018, 1.30 PM - 5 December 2018, 5.00 PM

Vox Coaching and Lisa Kehoe

Room 3.13 Drama Department Cantocks Close

For Life and Health Sciences Researchers:

Talking to businesses can seem a bit daunting to an early career researcher but our Translation Toolkit workshop will provide you with skills to get out there and make that good impression.

One of the things that often terrifies academics is the thought of networking, but in a competitive world confident and effective networking can really set you apart from the crowd. Vox Coaching will teach you how to make the best out of conferences, from approaching people to making lasting contact.

Get a chance to put your newly learnt skills to the test and have a chat with Vox Coaching and Lisa Kehoe (KEA Life Sciences) over lunch.

Previous attendees thought the session was 'one of the best I have been to at the University' 'really useful for me as an early career academic'

There is limited space available, so register for free here to attend the ‘How to be an effective networker' workshop, lunch included!
