Iconic supercars meet in Bristol for a manufacturing event

The Manufacturing Advisory Service, South West and the University of the West of England, Bristol invite you to an event to update and inform you of the opportunities and funding available to access Low Carbon and Advanced Manufacturing Markets in the South West Region.You will have the opportunity to hear the Product Sponsor Manager of the Bloodhound SSC land speed record challenge team, Conor La Grue, talk about their Advanced Manufacturing supply chain and how the supersonic car development is progressing. A full size mock up of the car will also be on show.
The Ecotricity Nemesis Car will also be present. Ecotricity has developed a low carbon electric vehicle which is planning to attempt the electric land speed record. Trevor Saunders of Ecotricity will explain the Nemesis Car and how its development has opened new low carbon markets for Ecotricity.
