The Engaged University Steering Group sets public engagement strategy at the University. Chaired by a Pro Vice-Chancellor, it brings together the different strands of public engagement and ensures we live up to our aim of being an Engaged University. It reports to Education Committee and, through that, to Senate, the principal academic body of the University.
The EUSG is responsible for the Engaged University Vision, which has the following three objectives:

The Group meets three times per year and also hosts public engagement fora - themed meetings that draw together external organisations with relevant academics around specific issues.
