Malfunctioning Printer

Depending on the fault, Canon or IT Services can assist. In general, Canon will attend to any mechanical or electrical problems and IT Services will deal with login issues.

Message on the screen saying ‘Cannot log in’ or ‘Printer offline’ – First switch the device off at the switch on the side, wait 30 seconds and switch on. Wait for several minutes and then try again with your U-card. If you see the same error raise a ticket with IT Services Contact us | IT Services | University of Bristol It may be worth trying again after 24 hours in case the device has reset itself.
