The knowledge mobilisation team
Lesley Wye is a NIHR Knowledge Mobilisation Fellow and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Bristol's Centre for Academic Primary Care. She has a background in policy with positions at the King's Fund and Department of Health and a long-term interest in research utilisation. As part of her fellowship, Lesley oversees the Knowledge Mobilisation team and is the academic lead for commissioner-led service evaluations. The first evaluation is on telehealth in Bristol. Helen Baxter is a Research Associate at the University of Bristol's Centre for Academic Primary Care and works two days a week at Bristol CCG supporting the work of the Urgent Care Steering Group. Helen already has experience in this field through her work as the coordinator of the ITHAcA (Integration to avoid hospital admission) and the IMPRovE (Perinatal Mental Health) Health Integration Teams . Helen Cramer is a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol's Centre for Academic Primary Care and has a background in social and medical anthropology with considerable experience of conducting qualitative research projects. Becca Robinson works as a Service Improvement Lead at Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and is currently on a two-year secondment at the University of Bristol as an NHS Management Fellow which is funded by Avon Primary Care Research Collaborative. Becca has spent her career in the NHS, since qualifying as a Registered General Nurse at The Middlesex Hospital, London. She specialised in intensive care nursing before moving to Bristol where she has worked in a number of roles at University Hospitals Bristol, her last role supporting improvement and service redesign before joining Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group in 2013.
