CDT Quantum Engineering
Combining theoretical understanding with the practical application of quantum physics and mathematics with engineering makes this a truly successful approach to training at our Quantum Engineering Centre for Doctoral Training.

CDT Artificial Intelligence
We are a partner in a UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Advanced Computing. This 4 year programme focuses on the application of machine learning techniques to research projects in particle physics or astrophysics and includes a 6 month industrial placement with a partner organisation in the commercial, industrial or public sector.
