Law student’s essay wins international award

Divyesh Menon, a recent graduate of the University of Bristol Law School, has won the Law category of the Undergraduate Awards .

Divyesh Menon, a recent graduate of the University of Bristol Law School, has won the Law category of the Undergraduate Awards for his essay ‘The Arbitrability of Disputes’.

Divyesh’s piece was one of almost 4,000 pieces of coursework submitted to the Undergraduate Awards this year, from 184 institutions internationally. The winners in each category were selected by a judging panel, made up of academics and industry experts from each field, and from across the globe. His essay deals with consumer rights within the Anglo-EU legal framework.

Divyesh will receive his award at the UA Global Summit in Dublin in November.
