The event will comprise exhibitions and talks, including a short presentation by Professor Mark Duffield outlining the thematic and interdisciplinary character of the new Centre, and the launch of a new book, Insecure Spaces, by Dr Paul Higate and Dr Marsha Henry of the Department of Politics, published by Zed Books.

Members of the public and staff from the University are welcome to attend. The event is co-sponsored by Zed Books, and there will be light refreshments.
