Positive futures: fifth Research Staff Conference

31 March 2008

The 2008 Bristol Research Staff Conference takes place on Thursday 17 April at the Victoria Rooms.

The conference provides research staff with an opportunity to network with colleagues from across the University and from other institutions. A range of career development sessions will be available and there are also items of interest to policy makers throughout the UK.

The conference will be opened by Dr David Langley, Director of Research and Enterprise Development, and chaired by Dr David Abbott, Senior Research Fellow in the Norah Fry Research Centre. Other highlights include contributions from the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Eric Thomas, and Professor Len Hall, Dean of Medical and Veterinary Sciences.

The conference is free for University of Bristol staff and there is a small charge for external delegates.

Please visit the research staff website for a full programme of details and to reserve a place.
