Research Associate - School of Mathematics

Applications are invited for a 10 month Research Associate position in the School of Mathematics at the University of Bristol, tenable from 1 October 2017 (or a date to be agreed).
This is funded by the EPSRC grant “Between rational and integral points”, which considers connections between analytic number theory and the study of rational and integral points on algebraic varieties.
You should have or expect to hold shortly a PhD in Mathematics or equivalent, with a suitable background in analytic number theory and/or rational points.
The School of Mathematics is one of the leading centres for research and teaching in mathematical sciences in the UK, and offers a stimulating and friendly environment with first-rate facilities.
