Opening hours

Please note: Library opening hours do not always coincide with University term dates.

During the first week of the Autumn Term, the first day of the Spring Term, and after the examinations have finished during the Summer Term, vacation opening hours apply.

Extended opening hours: *The library will be open until 8.00pm, Monday to Thursday, from Tuesday 8 May to Thursday 7 June inclusive.

Holiday closures: The library will be closed on Monday 7 May for the spring bank holiday, and Monday 4 to Tuesday 5 June inclusive for the Queen's diamond jubilee holiday.

Please note: During periods with reduced services, the library is staffed by student assistants. Reading, reference, loan and return facilities are available.
