This page focuses on subject information specific to academic staff, but also points to other useful pages.

Contacts and liaison

• Your subject contact is the Subject Librarian for Italian, Emer Stubbs.
• Feedback about library collections and resources is welcomed by your Subject Librarian and your departmental library contact, Dr Catherine O'Rawe.
• New academic staff are welcome to contact the Subject Librarian to arrange a session on how the Library can help them.

Subject resources

• Book purchase recommendations and suggestions for new journals/databases can be made direct to the Subject Librarian, though in the latter case it is best to discuss the matter first with the departmental library contact, Dr. Catherine O'Rawe.
• The collections page details useful Italian collections in the libraries, and advice on using other university libraries and the British Library.

Inter-library loan vouchers

• If you need an item which is not available anywhere in the library system here in print or online, you can use the Inter-library loans Service to obtain it from another library. There is a charge for this service, though you should be able to obtain an Inter-library loan voucher to pay for this from your department.
