Contacts and liaison

• Your subject contact is the Subject Librarian for Classics and Ancient History, Damien McManus.
• Feedback about library collections and resources are welcomed by Damien and your departmental library contact, Dr Silke Knippschild.

Subject resources

• Book purchase recommendations and suggestions for new journals or databases can be made direct to the Subject Librarian, though in the latter case it is best to also discuss the matter with the departmental library contact, Dr Silke Knippschild.
• The collections page gives details of the Classics and Ancient History related collections in the library.

Inter-library loan vouchers

• If you need an item which is not available anywhere in the library system here, you can use the Inter-library Loans Service to obtain it from another library.
• Classics and Ancient History department staff can obtain inter-library loan voucher from the School Postgraduate and Research Administrator,  Mrs Kay Russell, in the School of Humanities Office.

Library training

• Damien will be pleased to discuss your or your students' library training requirements.
• New members of staff will be offered an introduction to the library
