If you require general advice or support with accessing electronic resources, or if you have encountered any difficulty with using a particular electronic resource, please fill in our feedback form or send an email to our eResources Team, e-library@bristol.ac.uk, giving as much detail as possible.

Your Subject Librarian can also provide advice on using electronic library resources.

Current known general access problems

  • Most of our subscriptions for electronic journals run from January to December. Our renewal instructions for 2013 were sent to our agents in September 2012, and all invoices are paid when due. Despite these precautions, past experience suggests that we shall temporarily lose access to some journals whose publishers have failed to record our subscription.  If you come across one of these cases, please send the details in an email message to e-library@bristol.ac.uk for attention.
