Additional library support

From October 2012 the AddLibS (Additional Library Support) service is pleased to announce two new improvements to our services.

Free Postal Loans

As of 1 October, postal loans within the UK will be sent out free of charge to AddLibS users. Please note that you will still need to pay the cost of return postage if you are unable to bring books back to the library in person by the due date.

We hope you will agree that this marks a significant improvement to the AddLibS service. We welcome feedback, so please contact us if you would like to comment on any of our services.

Changes to Photocopying Service Charges

As of 1 October, AddLibS will no longer be charging for the cost of postage when sending out photocopied book chapters or journal articles. There will continue to be a fee of 10p per side for the photocopying.
