Law of Tort (LAWDM0062)

This unit will cover general principles of tortious liability and their relationship with other areas of civil liability and compensation; the forms of tortious obligations, including vicarious liability, defences and remedies; tortious claims for compensation for: personal injuries and death, financial losses, interference with land and damage to reputation.
